Cross-Functional Teams

Project Planner
Responsible for the general planning of the Experience Design.
Engages with the client to discuss their business challenges, and proposes experiences that can best fulfil their goals. Develops the overall strategy and plans with the optimal combination of digital and real-world methods.
Online Solutions Manager
Responsible for all communications relating to the Experience. Oversees the website development, streaming platform, registration and check-in systems, etc. to provide attendees with a seamless online-offline experience leading up to the event.
Creative Director
Responsible for all creative aspects of the Experience. Makes creative decisions on the communication at each touchpoint. Oversees the creative strategy, concepts, brand statements, and key visuals.
Event Office
Responsible for the information management of the Experience. Manages all information relating to the event, including attendee, exhibitor, and speaker lists as well as event data.
Spatial (Experience) Designer
Responsible for designing spaces as part of the Experience. Designs real and virtual spaces that provide the best attendee experience and maximize the brand experience.
Film Director
Responsible for directing films as part of the Experience. Writes and directs film content for various purposes, including marketing and branding videos, brand purpose videos, as well as video content as part of the spatial experience.
Media Planner
Responsible for the promotion of the Experience. Develops and executes an attendee acquisition plan through strategy design, media selection, content production, and data analysis.
Art Director
Responsible for directing all visual aspects of the Experience. Works closely with the creative director, designer, creator, photographer, etc. to design the optimal visual experience at every touchpoint.
Graphic Designer
Responsible for the visual design of the Experience. Works closely with the creative director and art director to produce visuals and graphics at every touchpoint.
Public Relations Strategist
Responsible for the PR of the Experience. Maximizes awareness by developing a PR strategy, helping write press releases, and overseeing media relations.
